I closed a case in error, with a dispute with the seller. I never received the ordered items, as they were stolen. As I closed the case, ebay won't let me appeal.
Do you mean they were stolen from your property but were delivered correctly? Then if tracking shows delivery you would not be able to claim from eBay or the seller. Once a case is closed another for the item cannot be opened.
Turn now to your payment provider with the evidence you have to try for a refund.
