Over a month ago I purchased a steering wheel lock. But when it arrived it was not the colour advertised and more importantly would only work on a left hand drive. After many texts the seller agreed to send a return label for a refund. However when l received the notification from eBay l could not open the label. The message was something is wrong, not your fault it’s ours. Try again later. Which l did many times with the same result. I explained to the seller, who just kept repeating that he had purchased the return label. So at present l have a useless
to me steering lock and no money.
what should I do now

If the seller is outside the UK they cannot send a valid return postage label. You would have to pay the return postage yourself or negotiate a partial refund without return, and/or resell it yourself.
