Sold n item but didn’t use the postage service.

I sold something on eBay but didn’t use eBay postal service to create a label. I went to the post office and posted it. 

how do I cancel the eBay postal service to mark it as dispatched ?  I paid for my own postage.

Go to Orders, select Postage Labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu next to the label and select Void Label.     Then you can add tracking number and mark dispatched also via the dropdown menu.

Sorry I’m still struggling, I have now ended up creating a label that I
don’t need. Tried to follow your instructions but my layout is different

On the left of sales record there's a dropdown menu under "Actions".   Click on that then click on "Void Label".
