Sold an item for £20 + postage is there a label somewhere with buyers address?

I have just sold an item for £20 plus Postage £5.64.I haven't used ebay for selling anything since they updated their postage options.  It won't let me send an invoice (as requested by my buyer).  What am I doing wrong?

I can't find my buyers address.  Is there a courier label somewhere that I need to print? or do I just do this through Evri as I used to do before? Thankyou, Christine

On your orders list you should see a link on the right of the item - Get label > Print label.    If it's not obvious try via the dropdown arrow.

Your buyer doesn't need an invoice, they simply click on the 'Pay' button and pay via eBay checkout.

You should then receive a label to print/show QR code.

Re: Sold an item for £20 + postage is there a label somewhere with buyers address?

Thank you so much for your reply which I found very helpful. I just wondered if you could help me with another problem I have with this order. I printed the Evri label for my buyer. My advert said £20 plus £5.87 as per Evri rates.  The ebay delivery Packing slip says charges £5.64 (inc VAT).  So is my parcel of 5-10kg. £5.64 correct or will my buyer be charged more by Evri?  Do I still charge him Total £20.+£5.87 or ebay's Total £25.64.  I know it's only pence but I want to get it right.  As this is £20. could I have just listed the evri cost myself without ebay's service? Thanks, Christine

Assuming you're using eBay's Simple Delivery the buyer pays for the postage label so it's pre-paid when you print it and it will be correct.

If you somehow didn't have SD on there you will need to check Evri postage costs on their website.   Now the only opt-outs of SD are for large letter items under £20/100g.
