When did you buy this item?
If 30 days have passed the item's last estimated date for delivery, you cannot report this to eBay as they do not offer warranties or guarantees on items, just that they are just as described on receipt. If they are not, a buyer has 30 days under eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy, to return the item for a full refund.
You could try your payment provider for help with a refund.
You say purchased from a ' Company', was this a registered UK business, who offered a guarantee and is now not upholding this, then turn to Citizens Advice for your next steps, if you wish to take this further.

Generally on white goods they all come with a two year MANUFACTURERS warranty. Did you register your product with the manufacturer when you received it, and have you contacted them?

To add to the good advice given, contacting Ebay won't help - they will just refer you back to the seller.
If the seller is a business with email, address and phone details on their listing, use those to contact them.
I would write to them or email them and follow it up with a phone call if they ignore you.

Did you buy from a registered UK business who gave a guarantee / warranty on this item, and are now not upholding this? Turn then to Citizens Advice for the next steps you need to take here.
