The item was listed a post plus collect. Ebay wishes to create a postage label. How can I sort so the buyer collects and that the funds are still paid. Are you able to advise?
If the label has been initiated you should cancel the transaction and relist for collection only. Then the buyer will receive the collection QR code to give you to prove they have the item.
I contacted the buyer with the suggestion and they were happy for it the item to be posted, which i did. The item arrived soon than a physical collection!
