I bought an item 7 June, paid immediately. Have had no response from seller despite repeated msgs.

Have cancelled the order as not shipped. Seller has 100 % reviews. Absolutely no comms whatsoever. First time I have ever experienced this. Not sure what to do now.

Check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and if/when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a refund.

Thank you very much. That was kind to respond. It is most odd. Maybe they have a family tragedy or something. Not responded to order cancellation either .
