I’ve just sold a pair of sneakers on eBay and sent them to be authentic which they are 100% genuine . I bought them from Selfridges. EBay are saying they are not genuine and have returned the buyers money and say they are returning them to me . Have anyone else had this

This does happen that the authenticators return them as not authentic, and it can be down to what you have listed, and you say there black and purple then say there black in the description for example.(I don't see any purple on them)

Best find another selling venue for them.
