Can anyone please advise?
So I’m now only able to select ‘Simple delivery’ as a postage option. Fine if it’s going to be easier and cheaper however I want to send an oversized package one size up from cabin luggage but it’s no longer an option. It jumps from a 2kg package to 15kg at a massive price hike but the box dimensions stay as cabin luggage. Is there a way round this?
I’m working on my phone and there is no drop down for sizes larger than cabin luggage.
Also for items over £25 you used to be able to select a higher compensation postal service ie Royal Mail as opposed to Evri but that also isn’t an option. Does simple delivery cover compensation for the full cost of an item if it goes with Evri as they only compensate up to £25?
