Good Morning All,

Can anyone help me. I have just tried the new simple delivery to see how it goes before being forced to use it. The Item I have is about 3kg. The weigh ranges don't allow for this and the price jumps from up to 2kg, to up to 15 kg, which is a large price increase for the buyer. The simple delivery does not allow for the 2kg to 5kg range that the courier offers. Any help would be appreciated.

Which carrier are you selecting? Royal Mail don’t have a 5kg price break it’s either up to 2kg as a small parcel thereafter medium parcel size.

Thank you for the relpy. Royal Mail do have a price break on medium parcels. They show 5kg to 10kg and then 10kg to 20kg. Simple pricing goes from 2kg and then to 15kg missing out the mid range price

Hi all,

I still need help on this issue please. I have just listed a book weighing about 3.5kg. I used Royal mail. Going through simple delivery Ebay charged £12.80. When I did it through advanced options myself the cost was £6.80 for the same service. Help.

Good Morning Thank you for your reply,

When I started to list the book which is about 3.5kg I tried the simple delivey which came up as 15kg, but if I chose advanced option I had the options between 5 & 10kg. As I was listing the book with free P+P is was showing nearly double the price for the same service. I have attached a screencap showing the simple and advance results both for Royal Mail 48 hour tracked.
