Refund not received

Hi, I did not receive the item I purchased so I asked the seller for a refund. They said they'd done this on 9 February but I still haven't received a refund. I've contacted them but haven't had a reply. Does anyone know how to contact ebay customer services?

You are far too late for ebay to get involved, they only allow 30 days. You just say “asked”, you should have opened a NOT RECEIVED CASE, then when no refund started you escalate to ebay who will force a refund. DETAILS of money back guarantee are on every item page on the right, it does pay to read the details.

Using proper system is fast and works well. Now all you can do is contact your payment provider.
