Simple delivery - complicated issues and delays to posting

I have sold 2 items this week 2 days apart (I used to sell 20 items per week). which both qualified for SD.  As I don't have a printer I requested a Royal Mail collection with labels brought.  However the first item collection just didn't happen so yesterday I requested now for 2 separate items to be collected and with labels supplied,  was charged by RM 30p per item.  I don't believe this charge was ever mentioned in the SD launch.     However the postman duly arrived today to collect but had no labels,  apparently I hadn't ordered them ???    He suggested to re-book another collection but this will incur a further 30p charge per item.    My same day or next morning previous despatch schedule is now completely shot and I still have the items without labels and seem to not have any idea why the system/payment which said would bring labels has not worked.   Would it be easier now to cancel the sales and just wander off as this now seems far too complicated and expensive to continue ?    perhaps that is the real agenda anyway.
