Simple Delivery not working

Simple Delivery allows you to opt for home collection by Royal Mail.  I've now tried this twice with the same item but Royal Mail have failed to appear both times.  I've spoken with my postie on both occasions and he's said he hasn't been alerted.  I've now arranged for another courier to deliver.  But I'm left with a problem.  How do I get my funds and how do I get my Simple Delivery charge back?  It's a mess - but not of my making.

To get your funds released you need to add your new tracking,to do this go to More Actions menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package >Change the tracking.

If the original label is not used it will be refunded to whoever paid for it, buyer if postage was charged on listing in around 30 days or seller if free postage was offered but this has to be requested within 14 days of sale
