I sold something, and the buyer making false accusations saying the item is poorly made and fake. I showed her the screencap of the retailer I bought from. It's a well-known one, and it's impossible to be fake. She kept saying prob I bought a fake item without realising that.😤
She opened the request under item wrongly described reason, which is totally untrue. I believe this is just another change of mind case. I contacted eBay already, again, they want me to take the item back, which is unacceptable to me. Nothing wrong with my item, the buyer just made false accusations. I bought this item just month, so if it's not sold, I could've returned it to the retailer . Now it's passed the deadline already. That's why I can't accept this nonsense of return request.

Ebay offer you these choices:
Accept the return and provide a label
Refund the buyer
Message the buyer.
You can't refuse the return.
If you don't provide a return label and accept the return, after 3 days, the buyer can ask Ebay to step in.
Then, Ebay will either provide a label and charge you for it, or refund the buyer from your funds and tell them to keep the item.
Take the advice from Ebay and accept the return.

This isn't the first time that such a nonsense happened to me. I feel gutted for this kind of false accusations.
One of the CS later said I could include some evidences via email, and they could look into it.
Normally I don't mind take the item back, this time is I can't is because it's passed the deadline to return it to the retailer. I don't wanna keep such an item for resale.
