Simple Delivery costing sellers money

There is no Post Office within 5 miles of here and as a result I have to get the postie to collect packages. I lose 30p on every item I sell. eBay suggests I put 30p on every item I want to sell  but 30p on the items I sell is usually enough to put potential buyers off. Simple Delivery is due to become the only option on 6th August and unless things change I shall stop selling on eBay on the 5th August. I don't make money on the things I sell  and this is just another money making idea they have which is surely going to backfire on them.

eBay has introduced Collection  at home, through Simple delivery and Royal Mail,  and here,  there is no 30p charge.
