How to turn off Simple Delivery?

Haven't sold on ebay for a while and see the emergence of 'Simple Delivery'.

I get it, it must be really convenient for some people, but I don't want Ebay to automatically charge for and provide a postage label to print and seemingly there is no way to opt out of this way of paying for postage now. 

seems I won't be selling on ebay again.

Simple Delivery is compulsory for private sellers with a few exceptions listed here under

Not so simple delivery is only compulsory for private members. While there are some exceptions for items up to £10 and 100 gms in weight, even then items need watching, as despite some categories being allowed, not everything within the category is covered. I doubt ebay even knows what exemptions means.
