If you don't use the Simple Delivery label, you have to claim the money back from Ebay.
You have to claim within 14 days, completing a separate form for each claim, and you need to add an alternative tracking number in order to get your refund.
The details of how to claim are below. However, as a private seller, Simple Delivery is mandatory on your listings. You should read about how Simple Delivery works even if you plan to continue buying your own postage.
