Sent back to eBay

Hi 

I can see my parcel has been sent back to eBay because of a failed delivery. Is this normal? Usually they resend next working day 

also what will happen next?

It would not be sent back to eBay,  they are just a selling platform.

Failed delivery items are either sent back to a sorting office ( Royal Mail) or if you have your name and address on the back then you may receive the item.

I thought they was going to redeliver but the tracking says it's on the way back to ebay shipping.

Is this normal?
