Sent a parcel without not using simple delivery. Will I get my money?

Basically the simply delivery weight was too low so I just went to the post office and paid more and wrote the address out by hand. I intended to void the postage label but it claims I can't cancel the label and has generate me a label I'll not use, with tracking that's not going to be used! I can message the buyer with the actual tracking details but will I get my money if ebay thinks I didn't post it?

I managed to add another tracking number to it (the actual one I used) so hopefully this will allow the order to complete?

Yes, that should be fine.   Even without tracking payments are released after 14 days.
