Sent 2 x items to one buyer in one box. I can't register with eBay that the second item dispatched

I sent 2 x items to one buyer in one perfectly sized box using the so-called 'SIMPLE' system (not).  Now eBay thinks I haven't sent the second item.  I can't register with eBay showing the second item has in fact been dispatched (as I could in the past).  I've informed the buyer that both items have been sent in one box and they are on the way to her.  I've also made the buyer aware of the problem with the 'Simple' system.
How can I register with eBay to show the second item has been dispatched with the first item item?

You cannot.

If they were both sent in one box there is one tracking number  once delivered, to show one item.

Once tracking shows delivery you should receive a payout for one item 2 days after that delivery date, and a possible minimum wait of 14 days for the payout for the other item.

Thanks for your reply.  Well, it's done now, I'll know for next time.
Could I have stuck both labels on the same box? Surely that would have confuse things?
I'm new to 'SIMPLE' and didn't realise I'd have to find 2 x boxes even though both rugs fit
in the same box and destined for the same address.  In the meantime how can this be rectified?
I want eBay to recognise that both items have been sent.  This SIMPLE solution has not been
thought out properly and all the people I've spoken to about say avoid SIMPLE because it
has teething problems.
