Sending to Hawaii using Global Shipping ????

I am based in the UK, and have a potential buyer in Hawaii, who would like to purchase a top from me. 

I have sent an offer to the buyer which they have accepted, however when they click to purchase, it comes up to say that i as a seller have not selected international shipping, which i have.

can anyone help as this is a high ticket item and would love for this buyer to purchase the item.

Hawaii is not covered by GSP. Its classed   as a Possession of the US, and like Puerto Rico, Marshall Islands etc are not included. 

You will have to do postage direct if you wish to send the item there.
