Are they by chance based in any of the Channel Isles?
If, so you need to make Evri exempt from your postage options for that item , place the seller's ID on your exemption list.
Before you do are you sure they haven't got any unpaid item strikes? Have you blocked those with 2 unpaid strikes or more from buying your items? You don't want to place non payers on your exemption list.
