Selling to someone with 0 reviews

Hi , I'm selling a expensive laptop in the discrption I stated that I will only send to buyers with good reviews.

The buyer is new joined 2024 and has no reviews, I've googled the address and it's in Google maps

I understand we all have to start with no reviews but I'm just concerned I don't want anything to go wrong, has anyone got any advice on what to do? Do I have to stick to getting a postage label from eBay or can I get my own special signed for one ?

Any advice would be great thank you

You could cause more problems if you don't use the ebay label.   ebay's Simple Delivery automatically covers sellers for up to £750 for loss or damage in transit.

But if you're worried about the buyer you can cancel using the reason "Issue with buyer's address".   That's the nearest we have.    It's done via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list.

Thanks for the quick response, with eBay label will that be signed for and
weighed at post office , the laptop is £650 , have you had any experience
of a similar situation.

Many thanks

Only what I've read on here.   I would be happier if the buyer had some feedback to go on.   You just have to go with your gut.
