Selling to canary islands

Hi

Im selling an item, A buyer made an offer I accepted, they are in the Canary Islands when they went to pay they couldnt & I dont know why. 

I did put worldwide for selling 

Can anyone advise as I really dont understand what I should be doing

You have to arrange your own postage and quote it when listing as Canary Islands are not included with Global Shipping

Are you using global shipping by chance? I am not sure they ship there and you would have to go direct with Royal Mail or a suitable carrier. The Canaries whilst considered part of Spain they are infact an autonomous territory of spain.
