Selling reloading dies for hunting

I’m trying to list reloading dies for sale. It won’t let me due to the Firearms policy..

There are lots for sale on EBay.

There are lots for sale on EBay.

Not on ebay.co.uk there aren't.

All the ones I can see are listed in the US, where eBay's firearms policy is different.

I thought the recipients needed a fire arms certificate for reloading? That’s probably why you in breach of firearms policy if the case
