Selling protection

I am sick of buyers abusing the "item not as described" policy. Just had a coat returned which was perfectly fine when i posted it and is now damaged. Had to issue full refund and no protection for sellers from Ebay. Its not the first time its happened and now im out of pocket in postage each way plus the damage to the coat. Ebay give buyers too many privileges. Then after all that, i cant even leave negative feedback for her but buyers can for sellers. Im absolutely livid!!

You have a lot of clothing for sale.

If you are getting a large amount of INAD returns, it may be worth accepting returns on the clothes you sell.

That way, if the item doesn't fit, isn't quite what the buyer expected, or they are just a bit disappointed, they do have the option of returning the item at their own expense without opening a (possibly fake) INAD case.
