Most when selling a vehicle will recommend using a Classified ad,  link below to explain.

Do not use the app or mobile browser, but use if you can a laptop / PC and use Chrome that seems to work best with eBay.

I do not know about item you are trying to list, but your caravan appears to be in the wrong category. Parts and Accessories.
