Selling account - encountered an error at our end!

When trying to get back into selling I keep getting the error countered our end message - please try later. This never gets solved and all links to Customer Service lead nowhere - can never get actual help. What do you suggest?

Is your account upto date with things such as managed payments etc?

There have been lots if changes in recent times, and to sell you need to be registered to sell and to get paid.
