You can't sell an individual knife - it has to be an eating knife sold as part of a cutlery set.
Other knives are perhaps being sold by overseas sellers or have been listed in the wrong category and not reported.
Don't relist the knife as Ebay can and do impose sanctions if you try to relist prohibited items.
