Selling a group of items

I have a buyer wanting to purchase several of the items I sell ( mandala art on plywood rounds). Is it allowed to bundle these together in one parcel, saving packaging for me and postage costs for the purchaser? TIA

Re: Selling a group of items

Yes it is fine, but be aware you will then have only one tracking number,  and it can be open for abuse by a buyer claiming not all items were received,  there'd be no proof they were all in one package.

If you wish to go ahead , and as long as the buyer hasn't paid for any of the items,  go right of the item sold to More Actions, and select Send payment Details, all items will appear on the one invoice, change the  postage there to that required,  but do not click on reset.  Check it is correct,  and send .

If you are on the Seller Hub,  you click on the item in Orders >>  Awaiting Payment,  then top left you will see send Invoice,  follow the above instructions.

You will need a PC /laptop and not the app or mobile browser to do this.  Chrome works best with eBay.

Re: Selling a group of items

You're welcome.

Most people are honest and it should be OK to combine postage, but you need to be aware of that pitfall!

Re: Selling a group of items

Hi tressygirl, my purchaser is saying that the items are not going in her basket, the message is accept and pay, does she need to click on this and then NOT pay, so that I can do as you have instructed above.

thanks!
