Selling Limit restricted to 1 item per month worth £10 only.... Please help

Hi there,

'm hoping that someone might be able to help me resolve this issue. I've been registered on Ebay for many years now and use it to buy and sell the odd item now & then, purely as an individual. I have 100% positive feedback for my 207 transactions and now for some reason unbeknown to me, find myself unable to list anything more than 1 item per month and even then, not exceeding £10 in value.

I've tried to find a reason for this in the various help sections, but keep drawing a blank as to how I may resolve it.

Can anyone on here please help suggest what I can do or who I need to contact to rectify this.

No evidence of having sold in a very long time --- may need an account update using a PC/Laptop >.

Should the message persist, try adding a UK based Bank account/Card # to your Managed Payments setup in order to send and receive  payments using these links .

Once setup and running, you can request an additional Selling allowance.

Hi there Fargvs,many thanks for your reply.I have now completed these tasks including add NI number which I didnt know about.However, I am still unable to list anything more than £10 and only 1 item per month. It shows my card in Green so i presume this has been accepted, however, my bank account details that i entered appeared to have been accepted, but are not shown anywhere.Is there usually some delay at this point for checking purposes??Or should I now be able to list items??

You will be processed as a new Seller and receive two small amounts credited to your Bank account and when receipt is confirmed, should then allow you to list --- may take a little time >
