I have been on eBay for a few years. I liked the old messaging system as it was very user friendly clear to read, and straightforward to use. Unlike the current system which is mindboggling in comparison. Please can anyone explain to me how to read a message. I received a message today from a seller I have purchased from and was therefore important for me to read. After clicking on the relevant message (on left of screen) a couple of lines of chosen message show, but trying to read the whole message is impossible . It simply whizzes up or down the screen and if you are lucky you can glimpse a couple of words here and there. I have tried, tapping scrolling (although not really sure where to scroll as cannot see any "arrows" as such) Does anyone else have this problem? if not can someone please tell me what I need to do so that I can actually read the whole message.
