Today, when I sent my buyer a message via the Order Details page, I noticed the following text on the message page.
Your buyer has reached out about their order. Since you used Simple Delivery, we'll work with your buyer directly on any delivery related questions.
What I would like to know is is this now standard wording shown on every messaging page or does it mean my buyer has actually contacted Ebay for some reason. The Royal Mail Tracking system does show RM attempted to deliver the parcel today but no one was in.
