Seller ‘refused’ return of faulty item

We bought a shaver head from this seller and it doesn’t fit. They have ‘refused’ our return request and are not communicating. I cannot seem to get through to a real person from eBay.
any suggestions?

If you gave the reason for return as 'wrong size/doesn't fit' that is counted as a change of mind and, unfortunately for you, the seller does not have to accept a return.

UK business sellers have to accept returns for any reason - I don't know if the rules are different for sellers in China.

Even if they did accept the return, you would have to pay for tracked postage which might not be worth it.

I've just clicked "wrongly" and have given accepted solution! To @jckl1957   No doubt [and it is the only reply] it richly deserves it but surely this would be for OP to decide?  Not me?

Any way to the matter at hand.  The fact that Chinese sellers [etc] "cannot/will not" send labels to return was covered by eBay some while back.  All that returners need to do is open a NAD case and escalate for a refund from eBay after 4 days [as normal in fact].

[Chinese sellers could  - if they so wished  - simply buy a RM label and send to buyer]

Thank you for this, how do I open an NAD case?

The seller has no returns accepted - they are a business seller but based in China.

I didn't know that overseas sellers were even allowed to refuse any returns.

The OP tried to open a return but the seller refused it.

@arkwebus have a look in the Mentors Lounge. There is a new announcement concerning marking solutions.

I have unmarked it as the solution for you.  It's a new option we have in the drop down options.
