I don't understand why my positive feedback is going down just because I haven't sold an item, I could understand if I had received negative feedback but this is bang out of order.
Your percentage is worked out based on 12 months of feedback. If more positives drop off than negatives as each month gets to the end, the percentage goes down. If you got lots of positive feedback now, and no negatives, it would go up again.
