MY ORDER HAS THE WRONG ADDRESS

I've been trying to get in touch for days, I don't know if my emails are getting through. But the address where you're trying to deliver the package has no one available!!!!! I've already changed it so I can pick it up at a Chatham Post Office. I have until noon on Tuesday to pick up the package. After that, I'm going on a trip and I won't be back in town. Please help me!!!!!!

Surely your issue is with Royal Mail?  Once you have changed the delivery address with the courier it's no longer the seller's responsibility.
