You probably don't need to contact eBay - what is your seller not responding to?

He's not replying on the date and time to come and pick up and I've asked for the address and it took him 3 days to reply. It feels like he doesn't want to sale me the item.

Has he replied with the address, and have you paid ?    Then politely message him that you are giving him ** days to give you a time and date to come and collect the item,  or you are left with opening a case for item not received.

I have paid him already and it's been a 5 days now. So if you or anyone on this page please give me the EBay number. Thank you.

There is no eBay number to call, but they can't help you anyway.  You will just have to open a case for item not received and get a refund that way.
