Seller not replying

I purchased a car part for £450. The post states 2 year warranty. I have shown more than enough proof part has failed. Seller has completely stopped replying. Credit card company not helping due to it being over 30 days after purchase date. Need a bit of help on what I can do or what course of action I should take

How long has it been?   Credit cards usually allow 120 days.
