Hi as per above I bought an item on the 18th and the seller purchased the tracked postage before I purchased the item , he said he would dispatch the day after .
He still hasn't taken the item to the parcel shop and keeps fobbing me off and now he has told me he has had his account restricted.
I've asked him to cancel the order but he doesn't respond to that .
Is there anyway I can get a refund without have to wait till the 29th as he set the delivery date as the 28th and now he's been restricted there must be a reason for it?
