Seller not cooperating. They won't redirect or cancel the order.

I ordered and paid for an apple cruncher for cider making.  Immediately after ordering I saw that ebay was sending it to the wrong address, in Australia.  I contacted the seller and ebay and asked for redirection to my UK address or cancellation, the seller refused.  There is a huge bill involved in the postage and/or return of this item, what can I do?

So a seller will only send to the address that comes through ebay,so what address did you give at checkout when you paid,does it show a UK address?

If yes, then contact ebay again and enlighten them, as there were address issues on the site the other week where ebay were given out wrong addresses to sellers!.https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
