Seller missed offer - how can I contact the buyee

Hi there . I received an offer email but unfortunately I didn't see it in time and the offer expired. I would have accepted the offer if I had seen it. I can find the user name but there doesn't seem to be any way to contact the buyer so say I would accept the offer . When you search for their user ID it says it doesn't exist and I can click on their profile from the offer email but there is no way to contact them. You can see their feedbacks but can't add a comment or contact them. Can anyone advise how I can get round this?

If you can see their feedback then they do exist still on eBay.

On their feedback profile click on any of the positive / neutral / negative scores,  and on the page that appears,  far right,  you will see the link ' Contact Seller'.

This certainly appears when you use a laptop // PC and try Chrome that combo works best.  No idea if it works on mobiles or apps little seems to ! 🙄
