Seller keeps asking I need to confirm delivery but I have never did this before if not he is going to report me

You can't confirm delivery.

Ignore the seller.

If they keep bothering you, leave feedback to say that they demanded you confirmed delivery after the sale and you would not want to deal with them again.

It isn't up to you to confirm delivery and there is nothing for the seller to report you for.

Sellers are expected to use a tracked delivery service and upload the tracking number. That way both the seller and eBay can see whether an item has been delivered. You can also of course leave feedback.

If a seller asks nicely whether an item has arrived safely, there's no reason why you shouldn't reassure them - but not to such an ignorant and bullying demand.
