Seller has blocked it deleted the account

I bought a injector a few weeks back and unfortunately it only worked for a bit and was still under the 30day warranty, I contacted the seller to discuss sending it back for a refund and had no message back after a few messages I have noticed he has deleted his account or blocked me as no messages will deliver. Is there anything I can do about this ?

A seller cannot delete his account if they have recent transactions,  but eBay can remove the seller if they have broken any selling regulations,  this looks to have happened here.

You need to contact Customer Services for them to open a case or refund you for your item.

I do recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
