We need a little more information about this question you are trying to ask the seller.

Is it about something you wish to buy,  not all sellers are good communicators,  might be best to find another seller.

Or,  if it's about an item you have bought,  come back with those details,  and we can try and  help you further.

I agree this is an essential measurement to have confirmed before buying.  I never understand why sellers of clothing items do not offer full measurements , as sizes vary So much from Brand to Brand. 

Annoying I agree, but as advised,  best move onto another more communicative seller.

One thing,  there have been issues with the messaging system,  are you sure your message was sent successfully?  Check your sent messages.

A girlfriend also mailed them with out response !

Some folk are still on holiday until next week 6th Jan.

Hopefully they have a tape measure,so give it a few more days then if still no help,move on
