Seller fails to ship item

I won a bid on the 2nd of April and paid via eBay, the seller contacted me a day after thanking me for the purchase and said will be posting in next, it's been 10days and item has not been posted, also seller has stopped responding via the chat or ship the item. I created a cancel order request on eBay yesterday but I picked the "still want the item option" instead of refund, please I need help on how to get my funds back.

Seller fails to ship item

The seller has 3 day to respond to the case if this lapses with no result,  you must escalate the case,  and eBay step in and force the refund.

 

I do understand you'd prefer the item,  but eBay cannot force the seller to send this,  but can force them to refund when a case is escalated.
