Seller didnt send replacement

hi, I ordered boots for myself required at my workplace. They arrived bigger than I expected, I texted seller and said I need smaller size.  So i sent it back and on ebay i chose the option ''request refund'' ( there was no option  replecament etc).

 

After that I texted seller again and  told him that I do not want the refund, that I am happy if he can send me smaller size. He replied '' but you opened case request refund so i cant send you new boots, you have to close the case and  then i will send you the size you want''

 

so i closed the case and let him know. Its been a week , seller doesnt text me back. I got no boots or cash back. Is there any chance to get my money back ?

you should never close a case based on a sellers advice.

 

All you can do is try your payment provider for a refund.
