So, here goes:
I purchased an item from a seller on 27th August 2024.
On 26th September 2024 I wrote to them to say that the item wasn't as advertised and not fit for purpose.
The wrote back the same day asking for photos to substantiate my claim.
10th October photos were sent.
Same day response. Apologies. We will send a new item. Our fault. Missed by quality control.
28th October no sign of replacement item, emailed and asked as to progress.
29th October reply, apologies, our fault, we will send today. Keep an eye out for tracking number. Don't return incorrect item.
8th November, still no sign of the item or the tracking number. Emailed seller.
12th November response received. Problems in production. Am I still happy to wait.
13th November I responded, stating I was happy to wait and thanks for all their help.
Nothing received.
13th January wrote and requested an update. No response.
4th February wrote and requested an update. No response.
I have now tried to raise a case and as the issue is more than 6 months old I can't.
What can I do?
