Seller cancel my order with a lie

I bought an item with the seller's offers and used a discount code. They cancelled the item saying "out of stock or damaged" but they still selling the item, more than 10 is available. They just want to avoid to sell it on a discount price. When I want to report Ebay shows "we run into a problem. try again later".

Discount may not have been sellers, ebay often give these out, seller gets full amount.

By saying out of stock, they gave themselves a defect. too many & can restrict selling.

Thank you for your quick response. I try to report it on the link but it always says "We ran into a problem. Please try again later." All day, so unable to report it. But thank you anyway

I'm not getting why they give an offer if they not intended to sell for that price
