Seller abusive and using buyers personal details

Ok so i have a problem where a seller started behaving highly abusivly after a sale, the seller who was selling "blind boxes" and plush collectables seemed to change their mind after payment and kept harrassing me to cancel my orders i had placed, i said no to canceling but seller started to act strangely , requesting that i not accept the package upon arrival, seller did not combine the orders and sent items seperetly, i wanted the order i had paid for so i said that i was not going to refuse the package, i was kind and polite as always, it seemed like an attempt at a scam, seller was very delayed sending the rest of the orders and making strange excuses as to why, items were adverised as new but were filthy upon arrival and used, seller was very angry and abusive and manipulative towards me because i refused to cancel my order , i relised after receiving the orders that parts were missing and original boxes which was part of the description were not included, i queried this and seller tried to dishonestly lie their way out of it, i requested a return due to the missing parts and seller refused a return and attempted to manipulate ebay customer service in to closing my return request, ebay support realised that the seller was manipulating support agents with false infomation, claims and violating ebay policy and was able to help me but the seller got nasty and even more abusive towards me, calling me names and "unhinged" after i keft feedback (got worse after i left genuine but negative feedback for the experience to warn others) seller started making false accusations and i started to receive strange calls and messages and threatening letters outside of ebay, somehow the seller had gained my personal infomation to harrass me and proceeded to stalk me by using my postal address and details, how is this possible for someone to obtain these personal details ? And to stalk a buyer physically outside of ebay? And why? Shouldnt ebay be protecting customers from this kind of harm and abuse?  The seller had 100% feedback so i assumed the seller was a good and legit seller at first glance but it turned out the seller was somehow having all negative feedback removed and it was leaving a false deception of positive feedback when infact others had negative and abusive experiences with the same seller.

How can dangerous harmful abusive sellers be allowed on the platform? And how are some ebay agents being manipulated by a seller behaving in such an abusive way to other members when clearly violating ebay policy ? How can negative feedback be removed from a seller? Which then leaves a false 100% feedback?  And how can i protect myself from this seller and anyone like this seller? I have never come across anything like it before and it is not acceptable that this can occur on the ebay platform to genuine honest members and customers, it reflects very poorly on ebay customer support and on the platform as a whole let alone reflects poorly on other sellers who are genuine as how can you tell the bad sellers from the good ones if the feedback is manipulated? I later received threatening requests from the seller to change my feedback experience from negative to positive , ebay refused to remove when seller attempted to manipulate system, as it was a genuinely bad experience that was undeniable and seller had been exposed but it shouldnt ever happen and no seller should bully and harrass a buyer like that or beable to.
