I have a heavy item that I am unable to get to the post office. If I try and select the Royal Mail because they have the collection option, there is a message that ALL items listed now will only have the Royal Mail.
How can I select a courier for this ONE heavy item?

Medium parcel with Royal Mail.
EDIT: You may need to buy the label then goto the Royal Mail website to book the collection using the barcode on the label.

Thank you. I found the following on the Royal Mail Website:
If a collection was not scheduled at the point of obtaining postage or you have a pre-printed returns label, it can be done using Parcel Collect.

I was in too much of a hurry. The problem is that if the buyer chooses EVRI, they do not collect. That is my issue - How can I make sure that the buyer chooses Royal Mail or DHL.

You turn off evri, goto I think your account settings and there should be postage preferences tab. Click on it you should find the ability there to turn evri off.

If you turn Evri off, you get a message that Evri will be removed as an option for ALL your listings. However, I have found a solution.
If you define a package as BULKY, it immediately selects DHL with collection. The poor buyer will probably have to pay more for their postage but it seems the only way to get it collected.
